My name is Detective Beutler. Two weeks ago I was called to a crime scene on a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom beach house patio on a hot summer day. The alleged victim was Felix Novidad, he had just inharited a lot of money because his parents died bungee jumping and had mentioned that he put Vera Cruiz, Alfredo Fedichini, Kendra Goode, and Gene Paule in his will. The suspect guilty of committing this crime is Kendra Goode. Kendra Goode's guilt was confimed through the testing and results of evidence collected at the crime scene.
The most incriminating piece of evidence was note that was written to Martha. The evidence was found near the paper towel on the patio. The test performed was handwriting test. The results of the test were it was Kendra's writing. This connects the suspect to the crime because if it was her writing then some one else can't write the exact same as she can.she also signed the note and this is important because it proves she wrote it.
The next piece of evidence collected was the stain on the paper towel. It was found near the letter written to martha on the patio. The test performed was
the chromatography test or the brown stain test. The results of the test were that it was food coloring and Kendra was carrying food coloring. This connects the suspect to the crime because she was the only one carrying food coloring.

Another piece of evidence collected was fingerprints on Felix's cup. It was found near his body on the patio. The test performed was the fingerprint test. The results of the test showed that Kendra's finger prints were all over the cup as well as Felix's. This connects the suspect to the crime because her fingerprints shouldn't be on his cup.
The last piece of evidence collected was the ice cube tray . It was found near footprints in section 1. The test performed was
the PH test . The results of the test were that tap water was a 9 which makes it neutral and the ice water was a 10 which makes it a base and that means somebody put something in the ice water. This connects the suspect to the crime because Kendra's shoes had powder on them and that is what made the ice water a base because it was on the outside of the ice cube tray.
According to the evidence, the following is an account of the events believed to have gone down on that fateful day.The party, the note written to martha, the powder on the ice cube tray, and the stain from food coloring on the paper towel.
Therefore, Kendra Goode committed the crime of killing Felix Navidad for the money he inharited.
